Have the holidays and hosting friends and family in your home got you feeling a bit frazzled or frantic? Join Jennifer Martin and Katy Marver for a hands-on introduction to many established forms of clearing your space so you can feel grounded and in charge of creating your own boundaries with people during your holiday season.
We will be doing grounding and centering exercises and then learning how to use Palo Santo, Sage, Florida Water and Salt to clear and cleanse your own spaces. You will have the opportunity to practice using the kit of supplies that is included in the cost.
Everyone in attendance will get a kit that includes:
Basic handout
A palm stone for grounding and centering
Homemade Florida water
A shell for burning wood, herbs, prayers and other items
Blessed Palo Santo
Blessed White Sage
A large turkey feather
We will have coffee, tea, water and some healthy snacks. Please bring your pen and journal, wear comfortable, layered clothes for going outside and staying inside. This is a perfect way to proactively prepare your home for the holidays so you can feel more happy instead of heavy and hazy.
