🎟️Non-members purchase a drop in class and sign up via the F45 Training App in the correct time slot
**** If you are doing a RELAY (4 PEOPLE, each do 2 events & 2 runs) or DOUBLES, EACH person from the team must buy a drop-in class.
REMINDER ON RACE TIMES
💪MEN, mixed doubles, mixed relay 7AM-10AM
💪WOMEN RACERS ONLY 10:15AM-12:30PM
^^^THIS is to avoid having to change weights durning the race, bc we don’t know how many volunteers we will have helping that day.
