As the night unfolds, you will be joined by Nat, a Reiki master, and Micheline, a level 3 Reiki practitioner, who will circulate throughout the space, providing gentle Reiki healing to enhance your experience. Their combined energy will create a serene atmosphere where you can fully surrender to the vibrations of the sound bath and the healing energy enveloping you.
The evening begins with soft Kundalini postures to awaken creativity and release tension.
