Chamberfest presents Beethoven’s Ninth like we’ve never heard it before! To celebrate the work’s 200th anniversary, Hinrich Alpers returns to perform the entire symphony in a special transcription for solo piano by Franz Liszt. He will be joined by the Ottawa Bach Choir and stellar soloists Meghan Lindsay, Alex Hetherington, Lawrence Wiliford, and Philippe Sly.-
Chamberfest présente la Neuvième de Beethoven comme nous ne l’avons jamais entendue auparavant ! Pour célébrer le 200e anniversaire de l’œuvre, Hinrich Alpers est de retour pour interpréter l’intégralité de la symphonie dans une transcription spéciale pour piano solo de Franz Liszt. Il sera accompagné par le Chœur Bach d’Ottawa et les solistes Meghan Lindsay, Alex Hetherington, Lawrence Wiliford et Philippe Sly.
