After the success of our previous events, we are happy to announce our Autumn Scottish event for 2025! Our Glasgow conference will bring together leading legal experts in Scots law to reflect on the challenges and updates in Estate Administration. We hope it will be an opportunity to maximise learning, offering 6 hours of face-to-face CPD training.

Info: As professional advisers, we often say and write things in particular ways and use words with special meanings. We know what we mean but are we confident that our clients and others with whom we communicate really understand what we are telling them? In this session, Ian Macdonald will explore how we can improve the construction, wording, layout and presentation of our letters, emails, documents and reports so they convey what we want to say more easily and can be better understood. Making improvements will avoid frustrations and misunderstandings and save time and money.
