PPP Coffee and Connections: Playwrights

A Play, A Pie and A Pint will be hosting a coffee morning for Scotland’s playwrights to meet and mingle as well as getting the opportunity to chat with our Artistic Director, Brian Logan, about their skills, interests and experience.

Date: Wednesday 22nd October 2025

Time: 10:00am – 12:30pm

Location: Òran Mór, Byres Road G12 8QX

Who for? Playwrights who have not worked with A Play, A Pie and A Pint in any capacity.

This event is designed to broker new connections between PPP and Scotland’s community of playwrights who have never had their work programmed with the company – from emerging practitioners to seasoned veterans of the craft.

It will give you the opportunity to introduce yourself, your skills, interests, and experience to our Artistic Director, Brian Logan; to meet other playwrights based in Glasgow and Scotland; to expand your professional network; and discover new, exciting collaborations.

Complimentary coffee, tea, and biscuits will be provided.

Attendance is free but spaces are limited. In order of us to engage with as many new artists as possible, we ask that you do not sign up if you have already attended one of our coffee mornings this year.
