Identifying Students of Concern- BTAM Overview
8:30am -10:00 am In-Person
This training will cover risk factors associated with targeted school violence, identifying students of concern and how our Student Threat Assessment Protocol can help link students of concern to services and support needed to divert them from the pathway to violence.
Stop The Bleed
10:30am - 11:30am
Join us as Stanford Medicience teaches us how to help someone in distress, provide cruicial medical aide at school, in the classroom or in the community.

The Big Five
12:30pm - 3:30pm
The Big Five Emergency Response Protocols for Schools is used across San Mateo County and several other counties in the state. This training is designed as an introduction to The Big Five for new and returning school staff that play an important role in keeping campuses safe. Participants will receive an overview of The Big Five, Hazard Response Protocols, Trauma Informed and Inclusive Practices, Student Release Guidance and Incident Command Structure.
