Weighted blankets have been proved time and again time again to be a tool for anxiety relief. Since we all could use a stress reliever at times, we are going to round out Mental Health Awareness Month by creating our own weighted blankets at the Windsor Public Library. This program will be on Tuesday, May 28 from 6:00 to 7:00 PM. Supplies included.
