Award-winning bluegrass band Full Cord to Perform at LACA Jan. 16

LUDINGTON, MI — The Ludington Area Center for the Arts (LACA) is excited to announce that Full Cord, Michigan’s award-winning bluegrass powerhouse, will perform live in LACA’s performance hall Friday, Jan. 16, 2026. Doors open at 6:30 p.m., with the concert beginning at 7:30 p.m.

Tickets are $25 in advance or $30 at the door, with a special early-bird presale price of just $20 for tickets purchased before October 31, 2025. Seating is limited, so guests are strongly encouraged to secure tickets early.

Hailing from Grand Haven, Michigan, Full Cord has taken the bluegrass world by storm. Known for their tight harmonies, innovative arrangements, and high-energy performances, the band earned the prestigious title of 2022 International Bluegrass Music Association (IBMA) Momentum Band of the Year. With a repertoire that blends traditional bluegrass roots with progressive influences, Full Cord has won fans across the country through their dynamic live shows and acclaimed recordings.

The Jan. 16 performance promises an evening of unforgettable music, showcasing the band’s award-winning artistry and deep passion for their craft.

The Ludington Area Center for the Arts is a 501c3 Not for Profit organization that strives to foster a community where arts and culture bring us together, feed the creative spirit, and fuel community growth. Harrison St. in downtown Ludington, Mich., the art center is open Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Wednesday, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.; and Saturday, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. LACA offers monthly exhibits, with first Friday of the month opening receptions; and a wide assortment of performances and workshops.
