Every Fulbrighter has a story that can change minds, and Advocacy Day is your chance to make your voice heard. On March 19, 2026, Fulbrighters and supporters of international exchange will come together in Washington, DC, to advocate directly with congressional staff for strong support of international exchange and the Fulbright Program.

Why you should attend:

• Your voice counts: Congress want to hear directly from their constituents, and your story is powerful.
• No experience needed: First-time advocate? No problem. We provide a virtual training, talking points, and toolkit.
• Connect with peers: Meet fellow Fulbrighters, share experiences, and strengthen the Fulbright network.

What to expect:

• Meetings with congressional offices scheduled based on your home district (where possible)
• A structured day that balances advocacy, networking, and training
• Guidance on strategy, talking points, and effective storytelling
