Fueling for Full Day Learning - In Person Workshop

Join us for a fun and interactive workshop all about how to fuel your body for a full day of learning. We'll cover the following:

• Hands-on workshop for preschoolers to make their own lunch and snack.
• Food will be provided.
• Children will eat or bring home food they made.
• How to help kids eat at school.
• Information on healthy foods and beverages, keeping food safe.
• Information on foods and beverages to avoid sending to school.

For children, aged 3 – 4 years old, who will be attending Junior Kindergarten in Sept. 2026, and their parent or caregiver.
