the ride that will freeze your grapes - we’ve been doing it for a while so it’s the unofficial first ride of the year in NorCal.TBD- Weather permitting, if it’s raining we go on a shorter loop. meeting at the flamingo hotel Saturday AM- stands up around 10:30 (generally slightly later start to let the roads thaw out)
Ride into the Napa Valley or adjacent
Stop for lunch
Stop for wine/snacks/thawing
Return to flamingo for drinks and jams
- the roads can be treacherous, the weather will be cold, there will be stories told about your heroic endeavors.
Dress appropriately- layers/ waterproofs/reflective vest-clothing.
There will be a chase truck
