Frontline Leadership Training available from Arkansas Manufacturing Solutions (AMS), the training division of the Arkansas Economic Development Commission.

AMS Frontline Leadership Training concentrates on 4 areas of management:

The focus of the training teaches leaders how to meet the personal and practical needs of their team members and how to have more successful interactions.

Company Commitment

· Each of the four modules of training is approximately 5 hours, a total of 20 hours.

And the coaching will occur over a 4-month period.

· Investment is $365 per module; $1,460 total per person.

BUT AMS will apply for an OSD grant on behalf of the company that may cover up to 50% of the cost pending review by the grant committee. If approved, the grant reduces the cost to $730 per person. *

Dates and Time: April 24, May 15, June 19 and July 17 ; 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM.

The training is limited to 15 per class with a minimum of 6, so call or email, if interested.

*While almost all grant requests for this type of training are approved, it is not guaranteed.
