About this Event
The Frontline Leadership Series Level II is the next step for supervisors and team leads who have completed Level I and are ready to lead with greater confidence, clarity, and impact.
This 3-day in-person series builds on core leadership fundamentals and focuses on the moments that matter most on the floor: managing conflict, coaching performance, and leading through change.
Level II equips frontline leaders with the practical skills to handle people challenges before they become operational problems — strengthening culture, communication, and results.

- Address issues early and professionally
- De-escalate tense situations before they spread
