Breathwork at TLC is a quarterly, trauma-informed session designed to introduce you to the transformative power of Conscious Connected Breathwork. By utilizing a continuous, rhythmic breathing pattern, we bypass the analytical mind to release stored tension in the body, quiet the "monkey mind," and improve your nervous system’s natural resilience.
Whether you are a beginner or looking to deepen your emotional awareness, this guided journey offers a safe path to balance your nervous system, and reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom.
What to Expect
> Active rhythmic breathing to help clear stored stress and tension,
> Safe physical sensations like tingling or buzzing and temperature changes as your body processes energy,
> Freedom of expression to move, stretch, or make sound in a supportive space,
> A trauma-informed container where you are always in control of your breath, and
> Expert guidance from Mel, using a curated playlist to support your journey
No prior breathwork experience is required.
