Breathwork at TLC is a quarterly, trauma-informed session designed to introduce you to the transformative power of Conscious Connected Breathwork. By utilizing a continuous, rhythmic breathing pattern, we bypass the analytical mind to release stored tension in the body, quiet the "monkey mind," and improve your nervous system’s natural resilience.
Whether you are a beginner or looking to deepen your emotional awareness, this guided journey offers a safe path to balance your nervous system, and reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom.
What to Expect
Active rhythmic breathing to help clear stored stress and tension,
Safe physical sensations like tingling or buzzing and temperature changes as your body processes energy,
Freedom of expression to move, stretch, or make sound in a supportive space,
A trauma-informed container where you are always in control of your breath, and
Expert guidance from Mel, using a curated playlist to support your journey
No prior breathwork experience is required.
