Autumn Equinox Retreat Day - Saturday 27 September 25, The Station, FromePrice - £85 per person
We are really excited to announce our next Retreat Day in Frome at The Station.This Autumn Equinox Retreat Day is being held by Annelie from Seventh Sense (www.seventhsensehealing.com), Sasha from Restful Rhythms (https://restfulrhythms.co.uk ) and Teresa from Radiant Body (https://radiant-body.co.uk ). More details are attached in the flyers.
The Station in Frome is a vibrant hub nestled in the heart of the Frome community, dedicated to showcasing and supporting local independent businesses. This unique space brings together a diverse array of artisans, food producers, and retailers, creating a dynamic marketplace where creativity and quality thrive. The Station is right next door to Frome Station and also has free parking outside. You can also get the train rather than drive to Frome.
Saturday 27th September - The Awesome Studio, The Station
The Itinerary for the day is:
9.45-10.15am – Welcome Circle, Cacao Ceremony & Energy Balance
Annelie will guide us through a Welcome Circle, Cacao Ceremony and Energy Balance practice to bring us all into balance for the Retreat day.
10.15-11.45am – Kundalini Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork and Chanting
Teresa will take us through a morning Kundalini Yoga, breathwork and chanting practice to help us feel energised and revitalised.
12.00-1.00pm – Sauna and Cold Plunge at Wildcat Sauna
We will have an hour to relax and unwind at Wildcat. Wildcat Sauna is a community Sauna at The Station, with 2 wood-lit saunas and 4 cold plunge tubs. The Retreat Day will include one hour at Wildcat before lunch, this is included in the price.
1.00pm-1.45pm – Lunch with Lungi Babas
At lunch time we will head to Lungi Babas also at The Station serving South Indian inspired street food, curries and Thalis. Lunch is included in the Retreat price.
2.00pm-3.15pm – Hatha Yoga flowing into Yin Yoga
Annelie will guide us through an afternoon Hatha Yiga into Yin Yoga practice.
3.25-4.25pm – Sound Bath and Yoga Nidra
Sasha will hold a healing Sound Bath with the singing bowls and other sound healing instruments and guide us through a Yoga Nidra.
4.30-4.45pm – Closing Circle
We will hold a Closing Circle to finish the day.
