Join us this October for a relaxing weekend retreat at the beautiful Court Farm in Somerset, a family run converted farm, surrounded by 10 acres of breathtaking countryside. With exquisite attention to detail the farm buildings have been immaculately refurbished with interior flair and utmost luxury.
This is the chance to join an exclusive and intimate retreat, with numbers limited to 10 places, all with large, luxurious twin or double rooms with en-suites. The retreat is open to all yoga levels. If you have just taken a couple of classes and have always wanted to go on a retreat but never made the leap, or you have a well established practice, you will find what you need.
Food is an important part of the experience whilst on a retreat, I am thrilled to be working with Nafia from UpRaw Food. Every meal you eat will be vegan/vegetarian, nutritious, freshly prepared and beautifully presented by our talented chef.

Highlights include:
- Yoga twice a day, with guided meditation and relaxation (flow, yin, nidra, mfr)
- Nourishing meals freshly prepared for you
- Beautiful country walks
- Restorative sound healing
- Lots of time to curl up with a book by the fire, have an afternoon bath or just relax in the hot tub and do nothing!

Travel:
Direct trains run from London Paddington to Bath Spa and Westbury train stations, which are both a 10 minute taxi ride from Court Farm. Driving: London (2h 15mins), Bristol (50 mins), Birmingham (2h 10mins)
