From the Grave to the Garden

This workshop was created with those who carry the weight of emotional pain in mind. I wanted to offer a safe and nurturing space for both poets and non-poets to come together, explore their emotions, and release the burdens that hold us back from healing.

I know firsthand the deep loneliness and despair that can accompany suppressed or unspoken feelings. As a former suicidal teen, I remember feeling misunderstood and isolated, even when surrounded by others. This workshop is my way of extending a hand to those who may feel the same, offering a supportive environment where you can begin your journey toward healing.

Whether you express yourself through poetry or are simply seeking a way to process your emotions, this workshop is designed to help you find your voice, let go of your pain, and take meaningful steps toward emotional and spiritual renewal.
