From Strangers to Friends Mindful Walking Group
About this Event
You are invited to come along without your phone, (or switched off) so that you can have a complete rest from distraction. Your brain like your body needs rest, to switch off and reset - this is the perfect opportunity. You will be invited to walk mindfully taking in the surroundings, listening in silence and being present rather than the mind being elsewhere - in future or past.
This is a friendly group with the intention of you arriving as strangers, and leaving with at least one new friend.
We ask only that you bring your happy self and enjoy a walk with us, fully here and now.
