The Journey deepens over time.
From Root to Crown is a 7-week ecstatic dance, meditation and sound experience designed to support you in in shaking free of some of lifes physical and emotional tensions. Each gathering explores a specific energy center through meditation, ritual, movement & sound.
Each week includes:
- 60-90 minute Ecstatic dance flow
- Sound Journey or live drumming
- Guided meditation or ceremonial practice
- A welcoming, grounded community container
- Cacao or crafted teas available for sale
This dance series moves progressively through the chakras:
Root~Sacral~Solar Plexus~Heart~Throat~Third Eye~Crown
March 4: Kundalini Shaking Meditation with Live Drumming & Sound
March 11: Flow & Feeling: Crystal Water Cleansing Ceremony with Ecstatic Dance Flow & Sound Bath
March 18: Spring Equinox Drum & Dance Circle with Buffalo One Love Drumming
March 25: Frequencies From the Forest: Extended Dance flow curated with love from Costa Rica by DJ Nico (90 minutes dance, no sound bath)
April 1: Voice As Portal:

April 8: Eyes of Light:
Trataka Mirror Meditation with Ecstatic Dance Flow & Sound
April 15: Devotion in Motion:
