From Recovery to Resilience: Mississippi Coastal Hurricane Preparedness Summit

Hosted by the Mississippi Public Service Commission, this summit brings together utility providers, emergency management officials, and community leaders from across the state to strengthen hurricane readiness and response. Attendees will gain practical insights on infrastructure resilience, communication strategies, and coordinated recovery efforts to help protect Mississippi communities before, during, and after storm season.
The summit is free and open to the public. Whether you're a coastal resident, emergency manager, nonprofit leader, or business owner, this summit is for anyone with a stake in how the Coast prepares for, weathers, and recovers from a storm.
This event will be hosted at the Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College - Hospitality and Resort Management Center.
