About this Event
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stretched thin, or a little disconnected from yourself, this is your invitation to pause.
This guided outdoor experience is designed to help you slow down, breathe, and create space to check in with what you actually need, without pressure, in a supportive group.
We’ll spend time in nature at Waneka Lake, stepping away from the noise of daily life and into a more grounded, present state.
During this experience, you’ll be guided through:
- A grounding practice to calm your mind and body
- Gentle reflection to bring clarity to what’s been feeling heavy
- Hands-on activity to release what’s no longer serving you and create space for what’s next
- Time to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself
You’ll leave feeling: - more calm and mentally clear
- less caught in overthinking or burnout
- more connected to what you need right now
- supported, not alone
- with a small but meaningful shift you can carry forward
The event will be held at Waneka Lake. Please meet us at the covered tables near the playground. Please bring water and a camping chair if you can.
This event is hosted by Live Well. Live Well is a group of local community members coming together to connect and have a moment of self care. This group is for the busy parent, the overwhelmed entrepreneur or the person just looking to improve their day and learn new self care practices.
The intention of this group is to leave with your cup more filled than when you arrived while meeting like minded people. Whether it's practicing mindfulness, engaging in physical activity, or cultivating healthy habits, this meetup is a safe space to share ideas and support each other on our self-care journeys.
