About this Event
In this workshop, you will learn practical strategies to reduce food waste in your food and drink businesses, from utilising food waste to proper food storage. The session will also include a hands-on kimchi-making activity, demonstrating how to preserve vegetables and extend their shelf life while creating a delicious, nutritious dish.
By the end of the workshop, attendees will have the knowledge and skills to minimise waste and create sustainable food habits within their business. Whilst also saving funds!
This session will be intimate and focus directly on your business.
This session ends ready for an early dinner, we have reserved some tables for us to join together and try some of the different menus of those in YALM Food Hall.
