Description: Austin Winter will discuss the mission of the SUNY Research Foundation to provide talent, services, and technology that empower SUNY to research, innovate, and transfer discoveries that transform the world’s knowledge economy. As a Patent Agent, he talk about the role of intellectual property rights in the process of commercializing innovations. Austin will highlight innovative research and intellectual property developed by SUNY researchers. In addition, he will discuss internship opportunities for SUNY Poly students at the SUNY Research Foundation. This presentation is hosted by the Center for Business and Applied Ethics.
Refreshments will be provided during the presentation.
