FROM HIDDEN GEM TO TRUSTED NAME
Building a Practice People Know, Trust & Recommend
ARCH Canada is pleased to welcome internationally recognized hypnotherapist, trainer, author and business mentor Sheila Granger to Vancouver for a special one-day professional seminar for hypnotherapy practitioners.
Building a successful practice requires more than being skilled at what you do. People need to know that you are there, understand how you can help, feel confident in your professional credibility, and know when and why to recommend you to others.
Sheila describes the space between being a capable practitioner and being known by the people who could benefit from your work as the Awareness Gap.
From Hidden Gem to Trusted Name is designed to help practitioners understand how to close that gap — thoughtfully, ethically and authentically.
Drawing upon decades of experience as a practitioner, trainer and business mentor, together with her work supporting hypnotherapists and practices internationally, Sheila will explore the practical foundations of building visibility, developing professional reputation, creating meaningful referral relationships and becoming a trusted presence within the communities you serve.
This is not about becoming someone you are not, nor about relying on aggressive marketing or promotional tactics.
It is about learning how to make the value of what you already do visible, understandable and easier for others to trust.
During the Day
Through practical teaching, discussion and real-world examples, Sheila will explore how practitioners can:
- identify and close the Awareness Gap within their own practice;
- communicate what they do with greater clarity and confidence;
- strengthen professional visibility without compromising authenticity;
- build trust and reputation within their communities;
- develop meaningful professional and referral relationships;
- create opportunities for people to understand and experience the value of hypnotherapy;
- encourage the kind of reputation and word-of-mouth that supports sustainable practice growth; and
- move from being a skilled practitioner whom relatively few people know to becoming a professional people recognize, trust and confidently recommend.
The emphasis throughout the day will be practical: understanding not simply what supports practice growth, but how these principles can be applied within your own professional context.
A Day for Practitioners
Whether you are establishing your practice, looking to strengthen an existing one, or simply recognize that your professional visibility does not yet reflect the quality of the work you provide, this seminar offers an opportunity to look at practice development from a different perspective.
You will have the opportunity to learn directly from Sheila's extensive international experience, consider your own practice through a fresh lens, exchange ideas with fellow practitioners, and leave with practical strategies that can continue to be developed long after the seminar concludes.
Come ready to think differently about how your practice is seen.
Leave with a clearer understanding of how to become known for the work you already do well.
