From Hastings to Honduras: Wine & Cheese Fundraiser for Women’s Health

From Hastings to Honduras is an intimate wine and cheese fundraiser supporting cervical cancer screening and women’s health outreach in rural Honduras through the Para Ella Foundation.

Our physician, Dr. Garrick Olsen, is currently serving in Honduras providing life-saving cervical cancer screenings to women in rural communities where access to preventative care is extremely limited. This mission is deeply personal to him — and to us as a clinic.

We are honored to welcome Dr. Lesley Atwood as the Keynote Speaker of the evening. Dr. Atwood is a legend in women’s health in our region and in global outreach. She was Dr. Olsen’s instructor during his residency when he was trained in detecting cervical cancer, making this mission both professionally and personally meaningful.

Our goal is to raise $15,000 to fund next year’s mission trip — supporting screenings, medical supplies, transportation of equipment, and the training of local healthcare providers.
