Throughout a heartfelt evening of guided visualization, collective prayer, soothing sound healing, and a powerful Circle of Dream to Freedom, we will come together to visualize, manifest, and send light toward a free, peaceful, and prosperous Iran.

This is a sacred space to release fear, hold hope, and actively participate in the journey from dream to reality — from oppression to liberation.

• A comfortable cushion or yoga mat (for sitting during meditation and sound healing)
• A blanket or shawl (to stay warm and cozy during the session)
• Water bottle (stay hydrated — sound healing and deep meditation can be powerful)
• Journal and pen (to write down any insights, dreams, or feelings that arise)
• An open heart and positive intention for Iran’s freedom and healing
