Inspired by the journey from Tuscany’s coastal regions to the rolling countryside of Chianti, this intimate dining experience is thoughtfully crafted by Chef Sam Buchanan and designed to highlight the beauty, balance, and tradition of Italian cuisine and winemaking.
Each course is paired with hand-selected wines from Castello di Querceto, one of Chianti’s most respected producers, known for generations of winemaking excellence.

Begin your journey along the Tuscan coast with delicate Angel Hair Pasta and Little Neck Clams, paired with a crisp Chardonnay–Malvasia blend.
Continue inland with Herb-Roasted Leg of Lamb, creamy polenta, and seasonal vegetables, perfectly paired with Chianti DOC.
Finish in classic Tuscan style with Torta della Nonna, a traditional custard tart served with Vin Santo for a sweet and elegant finale.
