Please join me for my upcoming Baroque violin Master's graduating recital on Sunday March 2nd at 7 pm in Pickman Hall at Longy School of Music, 27 Garden St. Cambridge, MA. I will be playing works from the 17th and 18th centuries by Heinrich Ignaz Biber, Isabella Leonarda, Pietro Locatelli, Jean-Fery Rebel, and J.S. Bach. I am also very fortunate to be collaborating with Kevin Lubin (harpsichord) and Guinevere Fridley (viola da gamba). Since fine art is one of my main interests outside of music, I also will be projecting Powerpoint slides showcasing photos of the fine and decorative arts from the time periods and geographical locations of each of the pieces on my program. I took many of these photos myself during my frequent trips to the Museum of Fine Arts Boston and the Harvard University Art Museum.
