Friendsgiving Brunch with Chef Tricio

Come join us for brunch with Chef Tricio at Dendros Group’s Gathering Space Sunday, October 20th, 2024 between 9am and 1pm. Sample the exquisite dishes prepared by the Deafblind Chef Tricio, who’s specialty is to promote diversity, equity and inclusion in his culinary creations. With the Vikings game on the big screen, savor scrumptious dishes and enjoy the great company.

There's a Vikings game at noon and we plan to show the game on a big projetion screen so you don't have to leave to watch the game. This is also a benefit for those who are on the fence between going to our event or to US Bank Stadium (and dealing with traffic there).

Free parking is limited. If our parking lot is full, there is street parking and other parking lots but they may not be free.

• Gluten-free Oatmeal with brown sugar, agave nectar and a hint of cinnamon. Available toppings: fresh blueberries, fresh raspberries and chopped pecans.
• French Toast Bake: made with brioche bread, eggs, milk and heavy cream topped with a cinnamon sugar.
• Biscuits and Gravy: Gluten Free and Vegan biscuits with your choice of turkey sausage gravy, Beyond Sausage gravy or Mushroom gravy
• Tomato Basil Quiche
• Turkey sausage links
• Beyond Breakfast sausage patties

• Hot Chocolate with either ILY by Tricio's signature oat milk or cow's milk
• Orange juice

Some surprise items that are exparimental and aren't listed in the menu above but we would appreciate some taste testing and getting feedback.
