The Friends of Harkness Silent Birdhouse Auction, an exhibition of handmade and decorated bird houses and bird themed art at Eolia Mansion that you can view, bid on and win! Gwen Rice, Freedom First will have live owls and the Connecticut Audubon society will be bringing educational information to the event. enjoy a wine and cheese reception and raffle. all sales from the auction will benefit the friends of Harkness and their ongoing support of Harkness Memorial State Park and educational programs. The event is open and free to the public.
