A restorative yoga class designed to support individuals who experience menstrual discomfort through gentle movement and breathworkJoin us for a heartfelt, donation-based yoga class benefitting Go With The Flow Orlando, a local organization dedicated to ensuring no student or community member goes without access to essential period supplies. Their mission is to eliminate period poverty and stigma by providing menstrual products and education to those who need them most.
This special class led by Rel Stover, invites you to move, breathe, and give — in alignment with our shared commitment to honor humans, help our world, and elevate care through targeted ahimsa (non-harming yoga pillar). All contributions, whether monetary or product donations, go 100% directly to Go With The Flow Orlando to support their ongoing outreach and supply programs.
