During this immersive sound bath experience, the tranquil tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and rainstick harmonics weave together with the naturally restorative properties of halotherapy to support your body’s natural rhythm of rest and repair. The gentle salt-infused air helps clear the respiratory system, while sound frequencies calm the mind and regulate the nervous system.

This is your invitation to unplug, breathe, and restore balance — allowing waves of calm to move through you from head to toe.

Each guest will enjoy the comfort of a zero gravity chair, a cozy blanket, and an optional take-home eye mask.

This is an ALLERGEN-FREE ENVIRONMENT. Please refrain from wearing any fragrances, smelling of cigarette smoke or any other strong scents.

While sound baths are generally safe for most people, individuals with certain medical conditions—such as severe mental health disorders, epilepsy, or a history of deep vein thrombosis (DVT)—should consult with their healthcare provider before participating. Pregnant women are also encouraged to seek medical advice prior to attending a session.

Sound baths may produce monaural beats; if you are prone to seizures, you should check with your physician. If you wear a cochlear implant, please let your sound facilitator know. If you have sensory sensitivities, please contact Adriana to discuss options. Results may vary from person to person.

Plan to arrive 10 minutes early to settle into your spot. Due to the nature of this experience, no late entries will be permitted—no entry past 6:00 pm. Please do not knock.

Please note that a sound bath provided by Serenity Sounds is intended to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and support overall well-being. However, sound therapy is a complementary practice and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical treatment, diagnosis, or therapy.
