The Swing Dance Summertown partnership with Oxford University Dancesport Club (OUDC) continues with Friday Night Swing Time, and features Lindy Hop Dance classes with professional dance teacher performer & choreographer - NIkki Santilli.
The new term of classes starts on
Friday 16th October 2026.
We are very lucky that NIkki Santilli is returning to Oxford on Friday nights. Nikki has been a professional dance teacher & performer for 2 decades and specialises in Swing Dance styles. She is taking time out from her busy schedule in London, where she runs her scucessful school, to join us in Oxford for these 8 week's of classes each Term for Michaelmas, Hilary and Trinity.
Swing Time will Run every week through the University Term to Friday 4th December 2026.
Swing Time is where we teach Lindy Hop and Swing Dance to OUDC Members but the best thing is that the classes are also open to the general public as a Community Class.
We start at 6:00pm
6:00pm – 7:00pm Beginner’s Lindy Hop
7:00pm – 8:00pm Improver Lindy Hop
8:00pm - 9:00pm Intermediate Lindy Hop
At :
The Oxford University Club, 11 Mansfield Road Oxford, OX1 3SZ.
This is an OUDC class that is facilitated by Swing Dance Summertown.
The classes take place downstairs in the studio whilst we also have a Practice Session & Social Dancing upstairs in the bar.
Just rock up and pay at the door. There is no need to bring a partner (although feel free to bring them if you wish).
This is a unique offer that brings professional swing dance tuition to Oxford on a weekly basis.
Every existing swing dancer should have an ambition to attend these classes and new dancers get the opportunity to learn from one of London's most experienced professionals.
The door is run by OUDC and therefore the costs are set by OUDC too. We supply the teaching and bring the party.
OUDC Members £7 – Non-Members £12 (OUDC Membership is available to everyone for £38 for the year)
