Friday Night Magic

Join us every Friday at 7pm for a series of Magic: the Gathering events! Play in one of our main tournaments or a side event. There’s something for everyone with lots of free giveaways during this casual laid-back game night!

Main Events:

Standard ($12 entry)

Booster Draft ($20 entry)

Pioneer (Every other Friday - $12 entry)

Modern (Every other Friday - $12 entry)

Side Events:

Commander (28 player cap - Free)

Basic (Free)

Special Events (Changes week to week)

The four main rows will be reserved for Booster Draft, Standard, and either Pioneer or Modern (depending on the week). The seven wargame tables will be reserved for open-play Commander pods (Commander has a 28-player cap, so contact us in advance if you want to reserve a table for your play group).

Challenge the staff or other players between rounds in our store custom format – Basic. A table for spell slinging will be set up to challenge the staff. Borrow one of our pre-made decks or try creating your own! (rules for Basic can be found here)

All players participating in Booster Draft, Standard, Pioneer, or Modern will receive a random promo card. Each hour we will also raffle off a promo card to a random Commander player that has checked in to the event via the magic companion ap. Challenge the staff or another player in Basic and get a promo card, plus another card if you win!

Players playing the Booster Draft, Standard, Pioneer, or Modern events earn one play booster per match draw, and two play boosters per match win. Play boosters may be converted to $3 store credit each. All tournaments are capped at 3-rounds.

All players will be required to check into their chosen event with their wizards account (Commander players can choose not to check-in but then will not qualify for raffle prizes). You can create a wizards account at https://myaccounts.wizards.com/register, on the magic companion ap (most recommended), or at the store (our staff will be happy to help you register).
