Headliner is coming to & we couldn't be more excited! Audiences love his sardonic wit, keen writing, & playful stage presence. Nate regularly headlines at Acme Comedy Co. in Minneapolis; released his own comedy album “Coming in Hot”; performed on NBC’s “Last Comic Standing”; & has opened for the likes of Mark Maron, Whitney Cummings, & The Sklar Brothers.

Joining Nate will be feature comic & Acme regular , whose quiet demeanor is the perfect set-up to her smart & unexpected punchlines. Linda's been a giant part of the Minneapolis comedy scene for years & has become known for her deadpan, fast-paced comedy style that audiences adore. She won the Funniest Person in Minnesota contest, was a finalist in last year's Funniest Headlienr contest, & has opened for renowned comedy legends such as Louie Anderson.

Host & producer is a standup comedian & yes...a therapist! He was a Funniest Person with a Day Job finalist at Mall of America's House of Comedy, winner of the Clear Water Comedy contest at The Plus in Eau Claire, is co-founder of , & appears regularly on the Tom Barnard Show.

Headliner: Nate Abshire

Audiences love Nate’s sardonic wit, keen writing, and playful stage presence. He started performing comedy in 2009 to spite a girl who wouldn’t return his calls and pretty soon he was finishing runner-up in Acme Comedy Company’’s “Funniest Person in the Twin Cities” contest; venturing West to become a semifinalist in the Seattle International Comedy Competition; finishing runner-up in the “Best of the Midwest” contest at Laughfest; opening for the likes of Mark Maron, Whitney Cummings, and The Sklar Brothers; becoming a regular headliner at Acme; releasing his debut album “Coming in Hot”, and performing on NBC’s “Last Comic Standing”. The girl? She still won’t return his calls.

Her knowledge of pop culture, keen insights into human nature and dry-as-dust delivery makes her a favorite with audiences of all kinds. Linda was first runner-up in Acme Comedy Company’s Funniest Person in the Twin Cities contest as well as a finalist in the Iowa Comedy Festival, the Magner’s Comedy Festival in Boston, and the Funniest Headliner contest at Gambit Brewing in St Paul. Linda won the Minnesota’s Funniest Person contest and has opened for renowned comedy legends such as Louie Anderson.

Jesse is a bona fide licensed therapist & standup comic who gives audiences a sneak peek into the inner-workings & often hilarious experiences of a mental health professional. Whether he’s talking about navigating virtual therapy sessions during an apocalypse or just trying to figure out what to tell drunk people he does for a living, one thing’s sure: after hearing his stories you’ll never see therapy (or your therapist) the same again!

Jesse is the producer & host of a number of Twin Cities comedy shows including Jesse The Shrink’s Midlife Crisis Show, the St Paul Comedy All-Stars Show, Friday Night Comedy at Gambit Brewing, & Comedy Night at Station 10. He’s also co-founder of Freshly Squeezed Comedy, creator of the Funniest Person in St Paul & Funniest Headliner contests, & runs a weekly comedy open mic at Gambit Brewing.

Jesse won the 2024 Clear Water Comedy contest at The Plus in Eau Claire, WI, was a 2024 Funniest Person With A Day Job finalist at House of Comedy in Mall of America, & is a regular guest on the Tom Barnard Show.
