Friday Morning Yoga @ MKC
Cathy with Outdoor Yoga MKE will guide our yoga practice, perfect for beginners and seasoned yogi's.
Pre-registration is helpful, walk-in's welcome.
Timeline:
8:15am-8:30am arrival
8:30am-9:15am yoga
*Our Friday Morning Yoga classes will take place after our Good Morning Paddles which are 6:30am-8am. Upon arrival back to our dock, we will take a break before class begins class at 8:30am. Please book our Good Morning Paddle separately.
Our yoga classes are held Fridays in summer beginning Friday, June 19th. We will not have class on Friday, July 3rd.
