Healing Meditations @posture_and_poise
Every Friday at 1:30pm, there will be a 45 minutes meditation session at Posture and Poise. This follows a Slow Flow Yoga class and there is a discount available for joining both classes.
You will be guided through a variety of healing meditations, from Yoga Nidra, Master Energy Colour Healing, Angel meditations and chakra chanting meditations. These will vary weekly and we're open to requests, so please feel free to contact us.
For those of you who don't know Gemma, she's a qualified Angelic Reiki Master, Yoga Therapist, Angel healer and Master Energy Colour Healing Teacher & Holistic Therapist. Just a few bows to her string.
As a light workers Gemma's aim is to raise your energy, aiding the alignment of your bodies chakras and creating beautiful positive vibrations to help heal, the mind body and spirit.
All you need to do is lie down and soak up the beautiful healing energies on offer.
The healing meditations will vary each week and we can't wait to share all this healing energy with you. ��
