Our Athletic Performance Programme is designed to help young athletes become stronger, faster, fitter and more confident in their sporting performance.
Open to young athletes from any sport aged 12 to 16, the sessions focus on movement, strength, speed, coordination, agility and physical development in a fun, challenging environment.
You don’t need to be an FFE member to take part — the programme is open to all young athletes looking to improve their physical performance.
