Friday Farm Yoga Cacao Ceremony

Welcome to Friday Farm Flow Yoga Cacao Edition at Hunkapi Farms! Join us at Hunkapi Programs Inc on at 6:30 PM for a magical evening on our Manna Lawn.

No experience needed, just bring your mat and an open heart. This very special first class of summer will include a mindful, heart-opening ritual known as a cacao ceremony. This beautiful offering originates from ancient Mayan and Aztec traditions. Participants will consume pure, ceremonial-grade cacao which facilitates emotional healing, meditation, and connection. The experience will be led by Debbie Popiel and involves setting intentions and breath work. Cacao will round out the gently movement of yoga to foster gratitude and self-reflection.
