🌿 Welcome to Friday Evenings Sound Journeys at Bonnells Bay Youth and Community Centre.Join us at the Bonnells Bay Youth and Community Centre, nestled by Lake Macquarie, NSW, for our Friday evening Sound Journey sessions. These experiences are open to everyone aged 10 and above, designed to introduce you to our healing practices and guide you towards a zen mindset for the weekend.
💫 Children and teens (10 to 17 years old) must be supervised by a parent or guardian who is attending and should remain still and quiet during the session for everyone's enjoyment. 💫

Welcome and session introduction
Meditation: Breath awareness to connect with your inner calm
50 minutes of therapeutic sound featuring crystal bowls and gongs
Time for quiet integration and reflection

Our sessions are crafted for those experiencing stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, burnout, sleep difficulties related to stress, grief, separation, depression, fear, or seeking a sound journey experience. Sessions complement psychological or medical treatment and are supportive for clients under professional care.
Sound Journeys involve Shamanic drums, Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, didgeridoos, flutes, and gongs for deep relaxation and stress release. Guided Meditation uses ancient techniques for mental clarity and emotional balance.

Session Times: Fridays, 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM
Special pricing available until June 12th. Adults $20pp, Children 10-17 $10pp (+ booking fee)

Pay by card or cash; cash payments require exact amount and early arrival.

Session times will be 6:30pm - 8pm

🌿 Cancellations / Session Transfers
No refunds
Bookings are transferable with at least 12 hours’ notice to another week.

Kylie, creates healing spaces with crystals, sound and energy.
Shane, a Shamanic Energy Practitioner and Breathwork Facilitator, collaborates with clients to address trauma and personal growth. Together, they offer transformative experiences in energy work and sound healing.
