We hope that the 2026 edition will be just as exciting as 2025 but without the rain! Last year we called the run MCCF for the beaches on the course, Murray’s, Caves, Catherine, Frazer but that is a very long title!
This run is epic, it is the Rafferty’s Coastal Run course, so if you are signed up for this race, here is a great chance to train on these beautiful coastal trails.
6:30am start, be there 15mins early for registration and meeting your fellow runners.
Please be quiet at the start. We don't want to wake up the local residents close by. Public toilets are available at the start.
Please indicate if you are thinking of coming to give us an idea how many we have to organise refreshments for. Please consult all the information below about safety and recommended gear and make sure to study the map and download the GPX file onto your watch or phone.

For all trail runs/walks, participants are totally responsible for their own welfare. This means carrying sufficient fluids, food and safety gear, including maps and directions where available, and making wise decisions when risks are encountered.

$5 donation per adult suggested , cash on the day or direct deposit. This goes towards permit costs and refreshments at the end
