Friday Comedy ft. Chris Dinwoodie & Jack Traynor

Chris Dinwoodie is a multi-award winning comedian-magician and your headline act for the evening. Having performed for celebrities and royalty alike, he’s been crowned Scottish Magic Champion no less than five times, and made multiple TV and radio appearances, as well as sold-out Edinburgh Fringe and Glasgow Comedy Festival shows. He was accepted into The Magic Circle with one of the highest scores on record, but what sets Chris apart is his natural Glaswegian humour which makes him a tough act to follow.

Your host for the evening will be Jack Traynor, the Cumbernauld powerhouse of punchlines. Jack epitomises the voice of young Scots and tells stories that are somehow both bizarre and relatable. Jack was personally invited to open for star of Netflix Daniel Sloss, and was named Most Valued Player worldwide by Roast Battle. Jack was also named as the winning recipient of a bursary to fund his 2025 Edinburgh Fringe solo show.

Opening the show will be Iain Hume, a two-time Scottish Comedian of the Year finalist and comedy circuit legend. Other awards include winning both the Rotunda Gong Show and the nationally famous Frog & Bucket Beat The Frog contest. He was chosen to open for Ed Byrne at Strathaven Comedy Club.
