Friday Boxercise

Join us for our turn up and play boxing sessions every Friday at the Cuban Boxing Academy, just a stone’s throw from Westway. This is a great chance to learn some self defence and get a feel for non-contact boxing in a friendly, informal setting.

These sessions run from 3-4 PM, so come ready to have fun and get moving!
