It's Tuesday night in the penthouse of the Great Windy Casino in Minnesota, currently being reserved indefinitely by a deceased wealthy landowner for his estranged daughter Cindy-Powell Lloyd. She left her husband and is now seeking refuge after recently being questioned about her father's death.
