In a far-out suburb of Buffalo, it's 1975 and the Chief of police has been shot and killed while answering a call to stop an attempted robbery at a floundering landscaping company. Some in the precinct feel it was a matter of unfriendly fire. As the investigation grows, so do the intentions of the other police officers with their eyes set on advancement.
Will a culprit be discovered, or will power be given a chance to corrupt absolutely.
