Spring is the season of new beginnings — and what better way to celebrate it than by slowing down, breathing in, and connecting with people who just get it.

Fresh Roots is a cozy, intentional 90-minute gathering hosted inside the gorgeous greenhouse of Spotted Leaf Co. in downtown Somerville. Surrounded by hundreds of tropical plants and good energy, this is your invitation to pause, be present, and build something real — whether that's a new friendship, a deeper connection, or simply a little space for yourself.

This is a space for everyone. Friends, couples, solo explorers, and anyone craving a little community and self-care this spring. The agenda is mindfulness and community without pressure — just good people, good vibes, and room to breathe.
