FREQUENCYOGA: DJ x Yoga Class + Sound System Bath | Tuesdays @ Freya's Haus

Join us every Tuesday starting July 9th from 7:00-8:30 PM at Freya's Haus as we take a deep dive into the body with a DJ set by Disco Johnnie combined with a Yoga Class led by Kayla Coyne (@marinegoneyogi) followed by a Frequency Sound System Bath by Disco Johnnie.

Prepare to stretch & move through the sounds of Disco Johnnie as Kayla Coyne guides us through an All Levels Vinyasa Flow. Once we have reached our final resting pose, Disco Johnnie will take us on a Sonic Journey through Ambient Binaural Beats & Solfeggio Frequencies played through a High-Fidelity Funktion-One (Official) Soundsystem.

Be sure to arrive early, set up your mat, say hello, and drop into the space. Doors open promptly at 6:45 PM after a blessing & smudging of the space.
