Kids Healing Arts Workshop for Wellness
A monthly workshop for kids yoga, meditation, creative movement and learning the freedom to just be a kid having fun! All activities will be guided by trauma-informed/trauma-sensitive practices. Monthly themes will engage groups in creative expression and somatic healing through yoga, dance, song- writing/singing, arts and crafts.
This group will take place monthly. Youth (5-10 years) will meet the second Saturday of every month from 10am-noon and tweens/teens (11-17) every second Saturday 3-5pm.
