The Full Moon invites us to illuminate what has been hidden, acknowledge what has reached completion, and create space for what comes next.
This special Frequency & Flow experience combines sound healing, guided reflection, and intuitive art to create an evening of release, clarity, and reconnection.
You'll begin by settling into an immersive sound journey, allowing the vibrations to quiet the mind and soften the body. From there, you'll move into intuitive painting and reflection, exploring whatever is ready to be seen, expressed, celebrated, or released.
No artistic experience is needed. Your painting isn't something you need to plan or perfect. Simply allow yourself to follow the colors, movements, emotions, and images that arise.
